Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

1In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook penne according to package directions until al dente. Drain and return to pot. Meanwhile, cook chicken: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook until golden and cooked through, 6 minutes per side. Transfer to a cutting board and slice.
2Make croutons: In a large skillet, heat remaining olive oil over medium heat. Add croutons and toast until golden, 10 minutes. Set aside until cool.
3In a large serving bowl, combine penne, chicken, broccoli, tomatoes, and dressing and toss until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
4Toss in Parmesan and top with croutons.
